Tax
Oncade collects tax forms from the people you pay and applies withholding to remittances. Your payouts stay compliant without spreadsheet bookkeeping.
My tax forms (for payees)
If a business pays you through Oncade, the My tax forms page lists the forms you must complete. It appears in your sidebar once you have a tax obligation, even if you have no business of your own. Until your forms are complete, businesses may be unable to pay you, or must withhold at a higher rate.
Withholding (for businesses)
Each payee has a withholding rate. Their tax-form status gates the rate. When you build a remittance, Oncade deducts the withheld share before payout and tracks it in the Tax withheld view under More. See Revenue & Royalties.
Business tax settings
Settings → Tax holds your business's own tax details. Oncade uses these details on the forms and statements it produces for your payees.
Oncade is not a tax advisor. Withholding and form requirements depend on your jurisdiction and your payees' jurisdictions. Ask your tax professional for advice specific to your situation.
