Payouts & Withdrawals
Money leaves your business three ways: payments to your team and partners, remittances computed from reconciled revenue, and withdrawals of your own balance to your bank. This guide covers payments and withdrawals. For remittances, see Revenue & Royalties.
Sending payments
From Pay people → Send payment, pay a group of people in one action:
- From a saved template or a one-time list. A template stores a recipient list with each person's share. Recurring payments then take one click. Each payment and each template can have up to 20 recipients.
- Split by percentage or fixed amounts. Percentages divide a total. Fixed amounts pay each recipient a set figure.
- Recipients do not need an account first. Oncade pays people with an Oncade account directly. Everyone else receives a claim link by email. They get their payment when they sign up with that email.
The history records every payment with its recipients, amounts, and status.
Open a payment in the history, then choose Notes beside a recipient who was sent a claim link to add a note on that gift, for example why it was sent. Notes work as they do on withdrawals: plain text, newest first, no editing or deleting, and only your team and Oncade can see them.
Linking a bank account
From Pay people → Linked bank accounts, link the bank accounts you withdraw to. You must have the account's transfer details and the account holder's address. For US accounts, the transfer details are the routing and account number. Other regions use the local equivalent. Oncade also uses linked accounts when you add funds.
Withdrawing to your bank
From Pay people → Withdraw, move funds from your Oncade balance to a linked bank account. Transfers usually settle in 0–3 business days, depending on the transfer type. The same page lists your past withdrawals.
Open a past withdrawal to see its receipt. Below the receipt, your team can add notes, for example why the money was sent. Notes are plain text and appear newest first. You cannot edit or delete a note. Only your team and Oncade can see notes, and notes do not print with the receipt.
